I need to blog about something that’s not Clarion right now. Notice Joy has been a pet project of mine for a while now. I decided to start actively noticing joy every day. Are you living a joyful life? Are your days joy-filled? How often do you take time to notice joy? How would your days be different if, every day, you made it a point to?
This is something I’ve been doing for some time, and looking for a new way to record it. I’ve decided to start a new hasthag on Twitter, #noticejoy, where I can do this. You are certainly welcome to participate! What would happen if you looked for joy, every day? This is more than taking time to “smell the roses” but to consciously look for joy and actively notice it.
When I first decided to make this a conscious effort, I was amazed at the beauty and joy I noticed. I shouldn’t have been though. I believe that the Universe brings you what you ask for. Call it Synchronicity, call it Believing (rather than I’ll believe it when I see it, I’ll see it when I believe it), look down your nose and call it Simple Minded if that makes you happy. I believe though, that when you consciously seek to notice joy, your life will become more joy-filled. Try it. See for yourself.
